Chocolate Mochi Balls

Soft, chewy mochi made with sweet rice dough and filled with a smooth, indulgent chocolate crème. A modern take on a classic Japanese treat, with a deliciously chewy exterior and soft, creamy centre.

Ingredients: 

Glutinous Rice Cakes (75%): Tapioca Syrup, Sugar, 10% Glutinous Rice, Modified Food Starch (E1422), *Trehalose, 1.1% Cocoa Powder, Palm Oil, Mono- and Diglycerides (E471), Natural and Artificial Flavor, Salt, Potato Starch, Preservative (Potassium Sorbate).

Filling (25%): Palm Oil, Sugar, 16% Cocoa Powder, Soybean Powder, 1.1% Cocoa Butter, Emulsifiers (Soy Lecithin (E322), Mono- and Diglycerides (E471)), Natural and Artificial Flavor, Salt.

*Trehalose is a source of glucose. - May contain traces of peanuts, milk, almonds, walnuts, and sesame.
